Dear Brian, greetings from small Finnish town - Kristiinankaupunki - with lots of traditional wooden houses. Our old church is wooden too. This new one is made of brick. I am writing in a newspaper too, plus chief-editing a home town magazine. Happy postcrossing!
From William - Shaanxi, China
Hi Brian, Nice to meet you by postcard. Postcards are always the souvenirs and memories of my travelling. This one is peasant painting, folk art, from Shaanxi, which I bought in front of Shaanxi history museum when I visited Xian. Being on the the ancient cities of China, soldiers and horse figures (wood and clay ones (?) burried (sic) with dead in Qin dynasty) is the most famous historical spot. Hope you like it! - William

Dear Brian, This is my first postcard to a stranger. Feel free to be proud! I'm at work now, Saturday morning. i work at the local newspaper. I don't get to write anything yet, but I have my own desk and I answer e-mails. I started today by searching through the building for stamps. How come the newspaper doesn't have stamps? It's a small office, but still. Now I'll have to buy my own, or you'll never get this card. - DA
